It has been speculated that a PC port of Ghost of Tsushima would be announced the following week, possibly around the 5th of March.

The information was provided by XboxEra’s Shpeshal_Nick, who posted the allegation on Twitter. XboxEra is responsible for the story.

It has been brought to my attention that we might be getting some information regarding the Ghost of Tsushima PC port in the near future. Perhaps anywhere around the fifth?” he asked.

The fact that Shpeshal_Nick had previously released practically the entirety of a recent State of Play in a tweet that was cryptic suggests that he is aware of what he is talking about when it comes to upcoming PlayStation announcements.

In terms of when an announcement regarding a PC version of Ghost of Tsushima will be made, Nick has made it quite clear that the announcement will take place “around March 5,” which means that we should anticipate an announcement somewhere during the following week.

Following the phenomenal success of Helldivers 2, it would not be surprising if Sony is beginning to modify its approach to get games to the personal computer much sooner than they have already done. Logically, a Ghost of Tsushima PC version is the next in line for PlayStation, and it would be something that we would not be surprised to see.

By the time July 2022 rolled around, Ghost of Tsushima had sold 9.73 million copies and got “generally favorable” reviews on Metacritic online. In July of 2020, the game was made available on the PlayStation 4, and in August of 2021, it was made available for the PlayStation 5.

Towards the end of the year 2023, a significant update regarding the forthcoming film Ghost of Tsushima showed that the film’s development was proceeding admirably and that it is a project that Chad Stahelski is passionate about.
